30 July 2014Acting on behalf of Cathelco we have let the ground floor of a former nightclub on Cavendish Street in Chesterfield to W Boyes. The property which comprises circa 10,000 sq ft has been let on a new 10 year FRI lease at £75,000 pax. BNP Paribas acted for Boyes.
